How to report copyright infringement, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, privacy violations, and other content that should be removed from Velora.

You may request review or removal of content that infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights; depicts or imitates a real person without authorization; contains non-consensual intimate imagery; exposes private personal information; involves a minor or a person whose age is unclear; or otherwise violates our Terms or Community guidelines.
Email safety@xiyunkj.top with the subject ‘Copyright / Content Removal Notice’. Include your full name and contact information; the exact Velora URL or enough information to locate the content; a clear description of the work, identity, privacy interest, or other right affected; the action you request; and any supporting evidence. Copyright notices should also state that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized, that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury, and include the physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent.
We acknowledge complete notices promptly, preserve relevant records when appropriate, and restrict or remove content when the report is substantiated or the law requires it. Urgent reports involving minors, credible threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, or immediate safety risks receive priority. We may request additional information when a notice does not identify the content or legal basis clearly enough to act.
A user whose content was removed may reply to the removal notice with identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, contact information, and a physical or electronic signature. We may restore content when legally permitted unless the original complainant confirms that court action has been filed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or repeatedly publish prohibited material. Knowingly false, misleading, or abusive notices may result in rejection of the request, account action, or legal liability. This process does not limit reports through the in-product Report control or any rights available under applicable law.
To delete your own conversations, memories, generated media records, or account data, use Account settings. For a safety or privacy complaint about somebody else's content, use the Report control on the message or post, or contact safety@xiyunkj.top.
